About Railway Recruitment Cell, South East Central Railway, Bilaspur
Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), through their letter no. E(NG)-II/96/RR-1/62 Dt.18-07-2005, delegated powers for the recruitment of Group ‘D’ (now known as “erstwhile Group ‘D’”) posts to General Managers. In accordance with these directives, the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) began operations under South East Central Railway at Bilaspur.
Organisation
RRC-Bilaspur is headed by the Chairman (RRC), supported by one Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment) and an appropriate number of Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ staff.
Jurisdiction
The cell manages open market recruitment of staff in Pay Band-1, GP ₹1800 for the entire South East Central (SEC) Railway.

the final deadline using the prescribed form detailed in the Employment Notification, either by ordinary post or through the
application drop box at the RRC office.
